[Solution]
(1) Confirm SIM card in S150 still has money
(2) Confirm that the SMS function and dialing function of the SIM card are normal.
(3) Print device information and analyze reasons
a. Connect the S150 USB to the computer, open a serial port tool, find the correct COM port (serial port parameters: baud rate 38400, data bit 8, stop bit 1, no parity) to open the serial port;
b. Enter “DON” in the sending area and then change the line, click Send, the device data will be displayed;
c. Operate the device to trigger the device alarm. At this time, information will be printed. All the print data please copied and sent to the King Pigeon after-sales technician.
