Problem: Data points of devices on cloud platforms are not online

Possible causes and solutions:
The register address is the decimal address on the instruction manual, unbiased and function codes are separated.
Example: If the register address in the manual is 0 and the function code is 4, then the register address on the cloud platform is 0 instead of 40001.
